  In 2019, Mpairwe Lordrick graduated from Kampala International University with a Degree in Business Administration . With a deep passion for making a difference in his community, Lordrick embarked on a journey that would see him transform lives and create lasting impact. After graduation, he joined the Building Tomorrow Fellowship program , where he played a pivotal role in enrolling out-of-school children back into classrooms. His work also involved empowering and training school management teams, improving children's learning outcomes through the Roots To Rise initiative , and promoting child protection and inclusive education in primary schools.
